1. Who we are

fedlane.us is an independent software platform operated by Vince Fulco, doing business as a sole proprietor in New York. The platform generates federal contract intelligence for small business contractors through automated monitoring and AI analysis. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. government or any federal agency.

2. What the service does

fedlane.us monitors publicly available federal contracting opportunities from SAM.gov and related government sources, applies proprietary scoring and analysis, and delivers ranked digest emails to registered users. We do not submit bids, proposals, or any documents on your behalf. All contracting decisions remain yours.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and authorized to conduct business in the United States to use fedlane.us. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during signup and later firm-profile setup, including your selected lane, SAM UEI, geography, and contract value range. Providing false information to manipulate digest delivery or scoring is grounds for account termination. Keep your login credentials confidential.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from fedlane.us
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute digest content to third parties
Use the service to train competing machine learning models
Attempt to reverse-engineer our scoring methodology
Circumvent any access controls or rate limits

6. Billing and refunds

Paid Scout subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Monthly subscriptions renew until cancelled in the billing portal. Annual billing is not available at checkout today; when introduced, annual Scout billing will be 12 months prepaid at the active per-lane price, with a 30-day pro-rata refund window unless checkout states a different policy.

7. Data accuracy

Opportunity data is sourced from SAM.gov and government award records. We make no warranty that data is complete, accurate, or current. Recompete dates and award value estimates are derived from historical patterns — treat them as early signals, not confirmed dates. Always verify against official government sources before acting.

8. Intellectual property

The fedlane.us scoring methodology, rankings, digest format, and platform software are proprietary. Underlying government data (SAM.gov notices, USASpending awards) is in the public domain. Your firm profile and bid tracking data belong to you.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, digest delivery timing, or that ranked opportunities will result in successful bids. Use of fedlane.us does not create a professional services relationship.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, fedlane.us and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost bids, lost revenue, or reliance on inaccurate data.

11. Termination

You may cancel renewal from the billing portal. Monthly access ends when Stripe ends the subscription; annual access continues through the prepaid term unless a refund is granted under the checkout policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your access to the service ends and we will handle your data per our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We will update these terms as the service evolves — particularly when paid tiers launch. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the federal or state courts located in New York.
