Watch
The weekday email covers every new notice in your lane with a Will Bid, Consider, or Pass call and the reasoning behind it. Mark a notice Consider and we remind you 3 business days before the deadline.
Decide
You make the call on each notice from the email — no dashboard required. Every Bid Brief and Capability Statement stays retrievable from the email, a no-login link, or the portal.
Order
When a notice is worth acting on, order the deliverable you need. The software builds it from your firm's inputs; you review it and decide whether to file.
Common questions
When does Pathfinder launch?
Pathfinder is in early access, by invite. We invite firms in the order they requested. Requesting an invite records your interest but does not reserve pricing, capacity, or a specific activation date.
What does early-access pricing mean?
$149/mo for up to 4 lanes is the current Pathfinder early-access price. It rises to $249/mo after early access. Firms invited during early access keep $149/mo for 12 months from activation. Requesting an invite by itself does not lock a price.
How does the price compare to one award?
$2,988 a year. If you win a single $150,000 contract, the subscription is covered about 50 times over. FedLane.us does not guarantee awards; you decide what to bid.
Is the Capability Statement builder available?
Yes. The Capability Statement builder is shipped and available to eligible Pathfinder early-access accounts.
What exactly is a lane? Do I need one subscription per set-aside?
A lane is one NAICS code + one set-aside type combination — the specific slice of the federal market where your firm competes. One Pathfinder subscription covers up to 4 lanes. Lanes beyond the 4th are $99/mo each; buying them is not available at launch.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Pathfinder is month-to-month and managed from the billing portal. It starts with a 30-day free trial, one per firm (UEI), with a card required. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged. After that, cancel anytime: access continues through the end of the paid billing period and no further payment is collected. Enrollment is currently by invite.
What is the refund policy?
Subscription payments are non-refundable, and there are no prorated refunds. Per-run deliverables, such as a Bid Brief or Capability Statement, are non-refundable, and there are no automatic refunds. If a run fails to produce a deliverable, you are not billed for it. FedLane.us may grant a refund case by case, at its discretion, and issues an approved refund within 7 days of the decision.
What happens to my free account if I upgrade?
Your account and selected lane carry over. Pathfinder unlocks its paid portal surfaces, including the 90-day digest archive.
Do deliverables require a contract or credits?
No. Pathfinder includes 2 Bid Briefs a month and your first Capability Statement. Beyond that, each deliverable is a flat price, billed only when you order it. There are no credit packs, no minimums, and no charge tied to whether you win.
What's a Bid Brief, and what does it cost?
A Bid Brief is a focused read on a single notice — the requirement, the fit reasoning, and what it would take to bid it. Your trial or subscription includes 2 Bid Briefs each month; after that they are $49 each, with no monthly limit. Unused included briefs do not roll over.
