One lane = one active NAICS + set-aside combination. Free currently covers up to two lanes in one set-aside; Pathfinder covers one lane at launch, with additional lanes planned as a paid add-on. Pathfinder public enrollment is waitlisted; the beta price is offered to the waitlist. Partner is at the research stage — join the research list to help decide whether we build it. When you're ready to act, order what you need

The subscription watches your lane. Deliverables are separate — you order one when a specific notice is worth acting on.

No contracts. No credits. Pay for deliverables only when you order them.

How it works

  1. Watch

The daily email covers every new notice in your lane with a Bid, Consider, or Pass verdict and the reasoning behind it.

  2. Decide

You make the call on each notice from the email — no dashboard required.

  3. Order

When a notice is worth pursuing, order the deliverable you need. The software builds it from your firm's inputs; you review and submit.

Common questions

When does Pathfinder launch?

Pathfinder is in private beta. The first 25 firms on the waitlist get early activation as we open access. Joining records your interest but does not reserve pricing, capacity, or a specific activation date.

What does beta pricing mean?

$149/mo for your first lane is the current Pathfinder beta offer for eligible accounts. Any future price or eligibility change will be stated before checkout; the waitlist itself does not create a price lock.

Is the Capability Statement builder available?

Yes. The Capability Statement builder is shipped and available to eligible Pathfinder private-beta accounts.

What exactly is a lane? Do I need one subscription per set-aside?

A lane is one NAICS code + one set-aside type combination — the specific slice of the federal market where your firm competes. One Pathfinder subscription covers one lane — the lane you select at signup. Multi-lane coverage is planned; it is not available at launch.

Can I cancel anytime?

Pathfinder subscriptions are month-to-month and can be managed from the billing portal. Public enrollment is currently waitlisted.

Do you offer annual billing?

Not at checkout today. Annual Pathfinder billing is planned before GA pricing: 12 months prepaid at the active per-lane price, with a 30-day pro-rata refund window. Added lanes are expected to bill monthly against the annual account.

What happens to my free account if I upgrade?

Your account and selected lane carry over. Pathfinder unlocks its paid portal surfaces, including the 90-day digest archive.

Do deliverables require a contract or credits?

No. Each deliverable is a flat price, billed only when you order it. There are no credit packs, no minimums, and no charge tied to whether you win.

What's a Bid Brief, and what does it cost?

A Bid Brief is a focused read on a single notice — the requirement, the fit reasoning, and what it would take to bid it. Your first Bid Brief is free, then $99 each. There is no monthly limit and nothing to use up.
