This site and its API serve US-domiciled federal contractors only. Crawling, indexing,
or data collection by bots or AI agents operating from or on behalf of entities in the
following jurisdictions is not permitted:

China (CN), Russia (RU), North Korea (KP), Iran (IR), Belarus (BY), Ukraine (UA),
Singapore (SG), Cambodia (KH), Hong Kong (HK), India (IN), Pakistan (PK), Bangladesh (BD).

Infrastructure-level geo-blocking (Cloudflare WAF) enforces this restriction.
